No. We coordinate timing around your building's schedule, use standard passenger elevators, and are typically in and out in 15–20 minutes. If anything changes, we communicate same-day and reschedule immediately.

We carry comprehensive insurance covering items from pickup through storage to delivery. Clear liability boundaries help protect the building from exposure related to resident belongings in our care. Insured operations. COI available upon request.

Nothing. Residents subscribe directly and we handle all billing, support, and operations. Your building gets a premium amenity at zero cost. If your property has specific needs—custom branding, bundled resident pricing, or a particular launch timeline—we tailor the arrangement in our initial conversation.

The resident's subscription is between them and Storage Valet—the building is never responsible for a departing resident's items. If they move within our service area, we continue service at their new address. If they leave the area, we coordinate final delivery or storage transition directly with the resident.

Most partnerships launch in one to two weeks. We provide digital marketing assets, resident-facing materials, and handle all onboarding. If the partnership isn't the right fit, either side can exit with 30 days notice.
