What property managers ask us.

Will this disrupt elevator access?

No. We coordinate timing around your building’s schedule, follow your elevator and access protocols, and are typically in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. If anything changes, we tell you the same day and reschedule right away.

Does this require staff involvement?

None. No training, no vendor management, no support tickets routed to your team. We handle resident onboarding, billing, scheduling, customer support, and all logistics. Your staff never touches a box or fields a storage question.

What about liability?

Every membership comes with up to $2,000 of included coverage for stored items. Each resident’s membership is between the resident and Storage Valet, which keeps the building outside the resident’s storage relationship.

What does this cost the building?

Nothing. Residents join directly and we handle all billing, support, and operations. Your building gets a premium amenity at zero cost. If your property has specific needs, such as custom branding, bundled resident pricing, or a particular launch timeline, we tailor the arrangement in our first conversation.

What happens at move-out?

The resident’s membership is between them and Storage Valet. The building is never responsible for a departing resident’s items. If they move within our service area, we continue service at their new address. If they leave the area, we coordinate the final delivery or storage transition directly with the resident.

How quickly can we launch?

Most partnerships launch in one to two weeks. We provide digital marketing assets and resident-facing materials, and we handle all onboarding. If the partnership isn’t the right fit, either side can exit with 30 days’ notice.

How is this different from storage rooms in the building?

In-building storage rooms cost the building square footage, construction, maintenance, and liability. Storage Valet needs no space and no capital outlay. Residents get a better experience, and the building gets the amenity credit with none of the overhead.
